a good classic book and good books about troubled teens?

for my english 2 class we have to read books.
and i cant really find any good ones that i like to read.
i really like books that talk about troubled teens with like drugs, sex, and alcohol. i also like a child called it and stuff like that.
i feel i can relate to them the most.
we also have to read a classic any good ones you would recommend?

    ^Good options. The first one is a real diary and the last is an autobiography.

    (to the person below: I don’t think the teens in Catcher in the Rye and To Kill a Mockingbird aren’t troubled in the drugs, sex and alcohol sense. Holden Caulfield from CITR is just disoriented and without direction and no one in TKAM is a teen with a drugs, sex and alcohol problem…)
