At the age 15 kids have the right to choose where they want to live. So at age seventeen if the teen wants to leave then he or she can leave. As long as he or she has another place to go you can’t say anything.

It is 17 unless you are in a DRH case (foster kid etc.). I live in GA and I left on my 17th birthday. But it is not as fun as you think. I am now a 26 year old mom of 4. I am in my 2nd marriage and I have no family in my life. I know as a teen having no one there sounds like a dream but when you do “grow up” you realize that life is not as easy as moving out just because you can. Not that your situation is a valid on,e I just pray that you have a good plan laid out for your future. Good luck and I hope you make the right decisions that best fits your situation.
