I heard of a program from the Masons that help troubled teens. Does anyone know how to contact them?

I heard that the Masons are in Corona, CA that provide a program for trouble teens. I am trying to help a teen that is trying to really spin out of control. There is no money and I understand the Masons provide the resident program at no charge. Thank each of you.
