Is it ok to take a teen home if she has no ride and im 20 and shes 16 but im a good guy?

im not really sure i have older guy friends and im a girl and i dont see a problom in it but i sure as hell would not let my daughter get in a car with a man i did not no
your only 4 years older than her. its OK if you had not even the thought of sex with her. as long as your only goal was to get her home safely, then you were doing the right thing. she wouldn’t mind, I’m sure, but her parents might throw a fit….

Where in the world are her parents????? They should be getting her. On the other hand, I’m the mother of a 19 year old, who I would totally trust to take a 16 year old home, however, I’ve advised him not to, because if she wanted to date him, and he says, no, not until you’re 18, and then she cries wolf and says he did, the law could cause a lot of trouble. I’d call her friend/aunt/parent/sister, but I wouldn’t take her home.
Well if you know the girl and her parents and you have permission to be giving her rides then it’s not a problem. But other than that if your giving someone a ride with out permission it could come back to bite you in the but because what if you get into a car accident? You don’t have any insurance on her and i’m sure you wouldn’t want her injuries or anything on your back. So as long as you have permission to be giving her rides then i guess it is ok.
thats how lots of guys get the finger pointed at them for statuatory rape. Even if no sex happens, most girls will readily blame the guy in a situation when they are being yelled at their parents for getting a ride. Save your @$$ and just avoid the situation

i know that soem parents will chuck a fit, but they will have to deal with the fact that thier kid is growing up.
