Is there any way to whiten your teen at home, without any chemical?

Random asked:

And for free. Like, without buying anything. Something that you would have at home. Does anybody know?

pour baking soda on your toothbrush and a little water to make a paste. It should help, but doing it too much could have the reverse effect.

I’m going to guess you mean whiten your teeth, not teen.. I think it’s a really bad idea to try and whiten your teen at home – not to mention unethical and arbitrary.

If you mean teeth, then there are plenty of products available at your local drugstore, I’m sure. Go and talk to your pharmacist about what over the counter products are available.
I wouldn’t have thought there is anything for free, and home remedies are rarely as effective as store bought ones.
They aren’t all expensive, though. You could try the tooth whitening toothpaste (not just colgate, etc, but the ones specifically on the market for bleaching teeth) for a natural effect.
There’s nothing worse than a sort of fake tan for teeth effect of sudden brightness!

ok you can use some white crest strips they work amazing but very bout £20. a good home remady is get some baking soda (about a tea spoon) put it in a cup with about the same amount of water and brush with it . do that about twice a week and also when you brush dont wash out your mouth leav the tooth past to clean while you sleep. if you follow this for about a month youll see some brilliant affects. hope this helps

Well i make a mix… I got a small container with a lid. Half it with Baking Soda and the other half Hydrogen peroxide. Mix it together and don’t swallow! Dip your toothbrush in the mix, brush then rinse.( i use reg. toothpaste after)

    Baking soda keeps teeth white.
Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria and whitens

This can be harsh to enamel if used everyday. So try only 1-2 times a week.

And i also use regular Crest toothpaste afterwards to keep the enamel strong.

I’ve been doing this for a while now. It does not do as good as chemical whiteners, But it keeps them from getting yellow
