			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just read a great article by <a href="http://jeannehannah.typepad.com/blog_jeanne_hannah_traver/2009/08/blind-spots-parents-children-and-intimacy-issues.html">Jeanne</a> with her opinions about how often a family will be sitting and breathing together, at the same table, and not have a clue about how the surrounding family members feel about each other. And I completely understand. Growing up in a home with 8 kids, with me being second oldest, I know what it&#8217;s like to not care one bit about the other people at the table, because I felt like I was being forced to be there. As a teen, my own attitude was that of total disregard and non caring for anyone around me except those people who I felt were my friends.<br />
